Lacy has over 10 years of experience serving families, foster youth, and survivors of domestic violence. As a nanny, she had the privilege of working closely with families and helped them navigate the joys and challenges of raising children. As a crisis worker, she was able to advocate for survivors and support families in the foster care system.
She believes that parents are the best providers and caretakers for their children but understands that everyone needs support. She is here to bring her specialized training and hands-on experience to empower parents with support and resources through a trauma-informed lens.
When she is not supporting families she is serving the City of Sammamish, running, reading, or spending time with her husband, corgi, and cat.
